Nose: The aroma is gorgeous. However, there is a slight sense of aging in the lingering aroma.
Taste: Tangy with a trace of gas on the palate, followed by a touch of sweetness.
Overall impression: I was surprised that there is a slight gassy feeling even though it is fire-brewed. This was a product that was discounted at the distributor over the summer, so the aging aroma may be due to that. It would be better without this aroma.
