Yesterday was Tanabata 🎋 and Tanabata means DATE SEVEN (lol), an annual treat for the residents of Miyagi Prefecture😄This year, Katsuyama and Suminoe were the main brewers and seven breweries in Miyagi worked together to brew this sake!
The aroma is sweet and muscat-like. The aroma is sweet and fruity. The sweetness is followed by a strong umami and acidity, and the finish is heavy, as is typical of Yamadanishiki! It is a very beautiful sake with a sense of transparency. This is a modern sake. Delicious 😋.
