Kamotsuru Shuzo, a sake brewery led by four toji (master brewers), brewed this one-time fire-fermented summer-only sake by So Toji Tomoyasu, who is in charge of the brewery.
The label features a picture of a blue sky with swallows flying through it, and while it is dry and light, it has a refreshing summer sake-like aroma that runs through the mouth, which is a perfect match 😆.
