We were fortunate enough to obtain a bottle of Jikin's Tokujun Unfiltered Nama.
Since it was a good opportunity, I compared it with a bottle of Tokujun Hi-ire that was left over from a previous bottle.
Both had a faint pear-like aroma, but I could hardly tell the difference...
The taste of the unfiltered draft was fresher and juicier, which I prefer.
The crispness that I felt in the hi-ire was not felt in the unfiltered draft.
