I bought Shiobotan at the supermarket without hesitation because the label said "Recommended by Rui Yoshida". Tonight, I had it with ponzu (a kind of ponzu sauce made from albacore) because I had some albacore available. It was a perfect match with the albacore, and the flavor of the rice could be enjoyed straight from the bottle.
