The nose has a gentle aroma of rice.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the sparkling petitiveness.
The sweetness and umami of the rice can be felt, as is typical of junmai daiginjos.
The aftertaste is dry and refreshing 🎵.
I wouldn't say it's up to the level of white wine, but it does have a fruity note to it.
This is delicious 😉.
Maybe the 14% alcohol content makes it easy to drink.
