Ayaka-gun, Kagawa Prefecture. Ayagiku Sake Brewery Co.
Ayagiku Kunishige Ginjo
I called the distributor in Kagawa during my Obon trip to obtain this bottle, but I didn't know it was a bottle over the phone, so I took it with me as it was.
It has been a few months since I dropped the big body in a corner of my house with a thud and left it standing in a nioi position.
I am worried because it is 2023.04 left at room temperature.
We will eat it in a hiya.
The color is a clear yellow.
The top aroma is a little ginjo and alu aroma, and a little vinegary at the back.
A slight sweetness spreads on the tongue, followed by sourness, and a bit of acidity that tightens up after swallowing.
After swallowing, there is a sharp sake-like sensation.
Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic), brewers' alcohol
Rice Ingredients: Koji rice: 100% Kagawa-grown rice
Rice polishing ratio: 55
Alcohol content: 15

Rafa papa, good evening 🌛The Ayagiku brewery is a big brewery in Kagawa Prefecture 😊There are many Ayagiku brands and I think they use olive yeast 🌿I don't see them in Kansai, but I always drink them when I find them 😆.
