Sawayamatsumoto守破離 五百万石 生酒
ちろる
The aroma is subdued, with a slight blue melon sensation.
It has a little bit of sake flavor, but as is typical of Ihyakumangoku, it has no peculiarities at all, so it is very drinkable.
But the slight effervescence and acidity make it very crisp and easy to drink.
I like to drink it as a food sake.
