たけっち
Sake from Hanno City, Saitama Prefecture.
We will compare them.
First, a junmai-shu made from the traditional sake brewing process.
It has a sourness that is typical for a sake made from the traditional sake yeast. It also has a sweetness and alcohol-like taste.
Next, Junmai Ginjo, unfiltered raw sake.
It has a juicy flavor that is typical of nama-shu.
It has sweetness and richness.
I prefer this one.
