Matsu Midori Junmai-shu purchased at OdakyuOX in Shibusawa Station. It has a rich umami flavor and is slightly spicy. It is a good sake with a rich umami flavor and a little dryness, and the Miyamanishiki gives it a gorgeous flavor. I'm sure it would be delicious warmed up... but I'm torn because there is a good chance I'll finish the four-pack before heating it up.
