Wakasa Sake Brewery! Hayaseura
The label is always sparkling and cool with the words "Hayaseura" on it!
Well, this Hayaseura is a sake that has been loved by fishermen in Wakasa. The introduction says that this sake has been loved by fishermen in Wakasa, so one might imagine it to be a heavy sake, but my personal impression is that it is a light sake with no off-flavors. There is no unpleasant taste anywhere. I think it is one of the best examples of Fukui's food sake.
Drink it with gusto!
Urasoko is quite a strong fruity sake, but basically it is consistent with this light, sweet and spicy taste.
Even cold sake has a flowery, mellow aroma. The flavor is moderate. The gentle sweetness of Sakahomare is well expressed in Hayaseura. However, it is probably too light for those who think Kuroryu Jungin (including other Hayaseura) is too light. The hurdle for mellow has been raised too high, and it may be light and dry.
