It is available at a nearby supermarket along with Jungin. I was curious about it, so I bought one and compared them. It was sweet and soft. It has a strong umami taste. It doesn't have the aftertaste of Jungin. When we tried heating it up, it was too sweet. Cold sake is better. Jungin is better when heated.
