Today is Shinsei Day! Although it is not No.6 this year, we opened a bottle of our favorite colors Viridian 🎉.
It has elegant sweetness and umami, acidity but not too strong, and a slight bitterness at the end. There is also a slight aroma of wooden vats. None of the sweetness, umami, acidity, or bitterness stands out, but the four tastes become one, complementing each other and doubling the deliciousness.
The clean and smooth mouthfeel will keep you coming back for more! Shinsei is really good!
