We had #Okuharima Yamahai Junmai Stronger from #Shimomura Shuzoten in Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture.
It tastes like custard cream on the palate and is immediately enveloped by a fruity lactic acidity that is typical of the Yamahai style. It is very tasty, but as the title "strong" suggests, the alcohol content is 20 degrees. It is very intoxicating.
