The third one at Sushi Matsuura🍶.
Mitsui no Kotobuki batonage. This is the first time I've had this sake. I thought it would be dry since it is a Mitsui Kotobuki, but unlike the label on the Shohoku uniform, it is a well-balanced type with a moderate sweetness. It was probably my favorite sake of the day.
