The other day, when a sake-loving friend of mine came over, he opened a bottle of Jyushidai Gin-Sen. Since it is impossible to buy Jyushiyo in my area, I bought this one with the points I had saved up and remembered it was sitting in the back of the fridge. It was the first time for me to drink a Gin-Sen, but since it is a ginjo sake, I could enjoy the sweetness that is typical of Jyushiro and the long aftertaste after drinking it! Rice polishing ratio: 50% (100% sake brewing rice from Hyogo Prefecture's special A district) Alcohol content: 15%.

Good evening Kumakichi 😃 I won a bottle of this one ‼️ and it's been sitting for about 4 months and I haven't opened it yet because it's too good 😅. I can enjoy the lingering taste for a long time 🥹I guess I need to open it now 🤔.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby! I see you won a bottle of sake! I thought it would be light for a summer sake, but it has a lingering aftertaste that is typical of ginjo-shu, so I enjoyed it even when sipping it in small quantities! I'm so jealous that you won a bottle!
