Kamizen Josui is often seen in izakaya chains, but on second thought, I have never had it, so I bought a mini size at a local supermarket to try it out.
This is easy to drink lol.
The sake had a subtle ginjo aroma and a sweet taste of rice. As the name suggests, it is amazing that a sake that can be drunk like sara-sara-mizu can be produced at a not-so-expensive price range.
I paired it with yellowtail sashimi.
