Recently, Shichiken is also famous for its sparkling sake. I once had a very gorgeous and delicious sake at a restaurant, but I think it was probably a limited edition sake for early spring.
This one I bought at a supermarket. It's not very glamorous and has an alcoholic taste, but it's quite tasty as a food sake.
