I was looking at the map of Sake-no-Wa and thinking that I had never had a Shiga Prefecture sake before, when this one caught my eye in the showcase at the liquor store.
It seemed to have won some kind of gold medal, so I decided to buy it and try it.
So I drank it.
It was a sake with a moderate sweetness and umami flavor.
