Strong habit. The strong habit comes through the refreshing sweetness that is typical of sake. Once you get used to it, you may find it difficult to get used to it, but it is difficult for beginners.
I started with a ginjo-shu and switched to this one from the second sake. It's good.
When my tongue started to become stupid, the strong habit felt just right.
I enjoyed the pine resin-like aroma.
