Yamamoto's summer sake, which I've been drinking a lot lately.
The name "Doki-Doki" does not mean much, apparently.
The alcohol content is 15 degrees and the acidity is slightly high.
It tastes just as it says with a lot of malic acid, and it tastes like something you would drink in large gulps.
It tastes better when served cold, as the acidity is more pronounced.
