The Uchigasaki Sake Brewery, the oldest sake brewery in Miyagi Prefecture
It is a new attempt of the Uchigasaki Sake Brewery's Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter series.
I wondered what it would be like with a sake degree of -16 degrees, but it is not that pale, and the aroma is mild and full of flavor.
I think it is a sake that can be enjoyed at dusk during the rainy season, when it will soon become rainy season - with steamed vegetables.
