On the way driving in Hita, I saw a liquor store and went in without expecting to find Mitsui no Kotobuki! It was my first time to see it. There were two types of sake: Nama-shu (unpasteurized sake) and Kiatsu-shu (pasteurized sake), and I bought the Nama-shu without hesitation. My impression of the sake was, to be honest, not much more than the value of the bottle and the price, but...,
It is easy to drink. But I am sure I will go back to buy the fire-aged version as well.
