Next is Togakushi.
The taste is just like Matsuo.
This one is Yamae-Nishiki, but I didn't notice much difference in the sake rice. (Stupid tongue).
The sweetness and umami of the rice is nice and refreshing. The slight acidity gives it a refreshing taste.
The raw sake has a strong sweetness and umami. It is delicious.
Personally, I prefer this to Matsuo's Hi-iri.
It seems that Ikebukuro is going to start applying for sake fairs.
