Sake I got at an off-line meeting
It is Yoemon by Kawamura Sake Brewery!
This is my first time drinking this so I'm looking forward to it..! It will be served in a snow-cold usuhari glass!
There is almost no aroma...
The taste is... dry but with a strong acidity!
And yet the rice taste is amazing... this is delicious!
