It's that time of year again 👏!
This is the third year in a row that I have been able to drink Tedorigawa Winter Junmai, the sake that got me hooked on the sake swamp.
This year it was sent to me by Sake Kuzu, who told me about it at the time: 🙇♀️
Opened the bottle at the end of the year. It is still delicious!
The aroma is fruity, and in the mouth it has a slight sweetness with a slight chilliness.
It was so good that it was emptied around New Year's Eve 😋.
Well, the year 2026 has begun!
