Both the aroma and taste are very typical of Kaze no Mori! (Fresh grape taste and a solid gasiness + hard water? The flavor of the wine is very well defined! 😍)
I'm not sure if I will be able to attend the event, so I won't apply, but I'm very interested in this project... I'd like to attend sake related events in the future 🧐.
