Why is it that I didn't really like the image of Hakuizumi, even though I've had it before and reviewed that it was good?
◉Haku Haku Izumi Dry Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake
A dry sake that has a fruity taste but is sharp and disappears quickly in the mouth.
◉ Amber Izumi Junmai Ginjyo Shiboritate Nama
Gassy on the palate, fresh and fruity. Fresh and fruity. The lingering aftertaste is also refreshing.
I was told that all of the sake here has a gaseous taste, and I thought it was really good, but I don't remember which one I preferred...
I guess this is how you forget your image...being drunk.
But I input that the Amber Izumi is gassy and delicious!
I also had a bottle of Shugetsu, but I forgot to take a picture of it, so I didn't go through with it.
I'll post the main Drunken Heart tasting after the new year... I had to work today, and I'm working tomorrow too😅.
