Immediately after opening the bottle, the ginjo aroma drifted softly into the air. The first sip gave me a strong feeling of alcohol, but this soon subsided, and the ginjo aroma became fluffy and the taste was dry and refreshing.
I remember that it is similar to Kanazawaya Special Junmai by Kita no Hana Shuzo.
I am looking forward to the changes after tomorrow.

On the second day after opening the bottle, the ginjo aroma was fuller and more umami than the day before, and it was much better. I felt it was similar to Kanazawa-ya.
