Tenjomugen大吟醸原酒 辛口
toudokougen
It was the first time I knew about this brewery and when I looked where it was, I saw it was in Kami Town. In the old days, it would be Nakashinden.
It is soft and gentle on the palate. I wonder if Miyagi sake is often like this. I wonder if it is good to drink with something.
The ginjo aroma is mild, but the umami comes in with an acidity reminiscent of yogurt, and it quickly finishes. I am a luxury consumer who wants a little more assertiveness, even though it is delicious and does not interfere with food. I am a selfish person.
