Atago-no-Matsu, Junmai-Ginjo Sasara
It is a juicy and moderately dry new brew. Because it is intended to be a mid-meal drink, it complements meals. It's crisp and refreshing to drink. I haven't had any sashimi with it, so I'd like to have it next time.
