After the boat trip, we went straight from Kobe to Himeji!
After exploring Himeji Castle and the surrounding area, we had a little drink at "Himeji Oden" âš.
Light and airy with a pear-like aroma.
The mouthfeel is clean and watery, with a slightly pungent taste. It has a slightly sweet taste, but it gradually shifts to a more powerful umami and pungency.
It is not too assertive, but rather it resets the palate so that both food and sake are enjoyed without hesitation!
The combination of light Kansai soup stock and ginger soy sauce with sake.... It's a foul taste ð€€.

I was so happy when I had Himeji oden for the first time that I put ginger soy sauce on everything for a while after that ð€£.

Good evening, good evening here too, good evening, good evening!
It was a novel way to eat it that I had never thought of before, but it really is addictive âš.
I think I'm going to fall in love with Kansai Gourmet...and ginger soy sauce too ð.
