A bottle of Kisho. At Hinohara hot spring center "Kazuma no Yu". Probably the one of Honjozo. There is no description. The aroma is clear rice. There is almost no sweetness, and it has a robust taste of rice flavor, and it finishes well. I wanted to drink Kisho at this hot spring, so I spent more than 3,000 yen for a round trip, and after trekking for less than 5 hours, I had a glass. I was a bit woozy. The accompaniment is a famous fried maitake mushroom. Although it's not in the photo, we also had a set meal of boiled pork. It seems to be ready-made.
