We have been very busy since the beginning of the year.

I have been in a series of meetings and working on a project, which is a little tough on my body after the vacations, but I am full of motivation, especially since it is the New Year.
Today, I dropped a few drinks to get myself going while working 🍶.
This sake is delicious 🤤.
All the sakes from Fukushima Prefecture are really good 😋.
It is junmai (pure rice) and has a slightly yellowish color and a thick texture. It has a sweet and umami taste that leaves a long aftertaste.
It's a good cospa and I'm sure it will be a repeat 👍.
