It's been about a year and a half since I last drank Gakki-san. I'm going to go with Bessen Nakadori, my favorite in the Gakki series 🔥.
When you open the bottle and pour it, the aroma is glossy, sweet and acidic, like muscat and tropical fruits.
The mouthfeel is clear, fresh, and smooth. It has a fresh taste with a delicate sweetness of muscat and gold kiwi with a feeling of petit gas. After the fruity feeling is gone, the flavor of "dreamy aroma" spreads in a light and elegant manner.
It is a delicious wine that will make you want to drink more and more ✨.
This is the first time I got to know the instrument series and I have a special fondness for it.
