Shirotaki Junmai Ginjo
This time, it was served at 10-15℃, not chilled to a crisp!
It has a faint ginjo aroma!
A little sweetness, but overall it is refreshing!
The aftertaste is also quite sharp, and it is very crisp and clean even though it is not very cold. (That's why you may feel a stronger alcohol taste.)
