Heki Ryusen Junmai Daiginjo Genshu
I had never seen this label before, but it seems to be a junmai daiginjo produced in small quantities. The taste is clean, sharp, sweet and delicious. It's delicious.

Bitter with sourness. The acidity and bitterness are well pronounced. Also tasty.
The image of CEL-24 is strong, but I was reminded that the others are also good.
