Rice milling rate 65%, alc. 14%, junmai nigori
I am drinking it cold, despite it has won kanzake contest. I can't really describe the aroma, maybe rice with lactic acid. The flavor is yogurty and sweet but not overpowering, umami of rice. Clean finish. Texture is creamy and silky. The more I drink the more the sourness and alcohol stand out.
I guess it's a good nigori but I am not a nigori type.
