When I was in Toyama for work the other week, I looked up sake shops on the Internet and found a good sake shop near my office in a mall, so I immediately went to the shop٩٩%( 'omega')و.
There wasn't a huge selection, but they had "Abe", "Kajinin Kuheiji", "Kaze no Mori", etc., and since most people think of Toyama when they think of "Katsuma", "Katsuma" had to be stamped on the list.
I talked with the manager and told him what I liked, and he introduced me to "Takeyuki" from Ibaraki.
It's a sweet and fruity with a hint of sourness.

Kisuki-san, yes, this is Mr. Yoshida. For Toyama City, I would say Mr. Tajiri and Mr. Mizuhata. For Takaoka City, I would say Mr. Nakayasu.
