I haven't drank sake for a long time thanks to the flu, a cold, and a sinusitis, but today I opened a bottle for the first time in a long while.
I thought the bottle would be a bit refreshing, but since it was freshly pressed, the freshness was great!
It was tangy on the tongue, not too sweet, and had an elegant flavor. It was the best sake I have had in a long time 🍶.
