We opened a bottle of our favorite "Daishinshu" sparkling draft, which we were having for the first time.
I opened the bottle slowly while reading the instructions on how to open the bottle, but when I let my guard down at the end, the bottle blew up to the ceiling and was opened. Scary.
The bottle was stirred unexpectedly, and I took a sip while it was still cloudy.
I felt a pleasant acidity and a dry, juicy flavor. As the bubbling gradually subsides, you can taste sweetness from deep within the umami. This is delicious. ‼️
This is a must-try aperitif to go with Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine. It is delicious. ‼️
