The ginjo aroma is gorgeously fragrant.
There is no way that a medium-harvest Daiginjo can be so clear!
It has a slight acidity and overflowing umami, which is typical of a high-class sake.
The aftertaste is irresistible.
I have had it several times at the store, but this is the first time I bought it in a bottle.
It was a great decision.
