ZakuFRINT 純米吟醸
massa
I went on a business trip to Tokyo at the beginning of GW. After finishing in the morning, I passed by Hasegawa Sake Shop on the basement of Tokyo Station and saw the words "limited to ⚪︎ bottles per person" and impulsively bought one, even though I was not in the mood for "Saku".
I didn't know that "flint" means flint.
I didn't know that.
It is a 60% polished junmai ginjo. Not much acidity. It has a nice aroma and is a bit sweet, but it has a nice sharpness.
I think it is best to drink it chilled, but I would like to try it heated.
