When I went to Hokkaido as a tourist, I was so impressed with the sake I had at a tasting event at the Sanzen Sakura Sake Brewery that I bought a bottle of the regular sake, and after returning home I wanted to try the Junmai Daiginjo, so I bought an additional bottle. Thanks to the yeast used, the aroma immediately after opening the bottle is very strong and gorgeous, and just smelling it is intoxicating. It has a nice sharpness, and you can feel that it disappears quickly. It is too good to be true.
