Ponshukan is always a fun place to visit.
A parade of "limited edition" and "ogara-mi nama sake" caught my attention. Without any prior knowledge, I decided on this one immediately.
First, the supernatant.
The lid was opened and I sipped it without paying attention to anything, and I was pleasantly surprised to feel a slight bubbling sensation. I was completely caught off guard, so I felt like I was waking up. Then, a gorgeous acidity.
I took another sip after adding a drizzle of ori.
The gorgeousness became even more lively, and I was enveloped in a sense of happiness.
The bitter taste was pleasant to my taste buds and brain, which had already been paralyzed by the pleasant sensation.
It soaked into my tired body after the weekend.
