Brewed by the World Hawk Koyama Family Group. It seems to be manufactured or bottled by Koyama Honke Sake Brewery. Compared to Junmai Daiginjo, the aftertaste is not so bad, perhaps because it is labeled as a pure sake and brewing alcohol is used. This one should be the mainstream of this brewery.
