Yamashu No. 4 is a sake rice with Yamada-Nishiki and Kinmon-Nishiki as its parents, and is also called Tamanae.
The taste is sweet and delicious, typical of Kangiku,

The first day was bitter due to the combination of bitterness and gasiness.
