KURORYU SAKAHOMARE.
A new winter seasonal sake made from Sakahomare, a sake rice produced in Fukui Prefecture, is now available. The "Kuroryu Jungin Doroguchi" will be sold out instead.
It has a well-balanced aroma with an apple-like overtone, mild sweetness, and elegant umami. The lingering aftertaste is supple and elongated with beautiful acidity.
When heated up, it is refreshing, yet the spread of umami can be felt, a good balance!
