The overall flavor is a crisp, refreshing drink with the juicy, honeyed apple flavor of Daishinshu as its base, and the overall taste is solid and relaxed, just like an autumnal sake. It has a nice sharpness. Delicious!
Since it is the time of year for new sake, I'd like to drink some fresh new sake from Daishinshu.
