I was worried about Kubota and bought it at a half price sale, and this is my first bottle.
When you put it in your mouth, the beautiful aroma spreads quickly, but the taste of koji (malted rice) also spreads without a pause. I had an image of it being light and dry, but I was not sure if it was light or not. I had an impression that it was light and dry, but I was not so sure.
I prefer to drink it at room temperature and enjoy the flavor of the rice slowly. I was able to finish the bottle without getting tired of drinking it, which is probably due to the high quality of the sake.
I am not sure if I was able to enjoy the original charm of the sake since it seemed to be poorly preserved at the restaurant, but the fact that the price was half of what it should have been made me more than satisfied.
